Refund policy.

30-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions renew month to month. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. We do not pro-rate mid-month cancellations. We do not auto-renew without notice when a card is about to expire.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of payment. To request a refund, email billing@cohortledger.com within 14 days of the charge. We will refund the full amount through the original payment method. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but service remains fully available for the duration paid. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, write to us before opening a chargeback. Most billing issues resolve in a single email. We respond within two business days.

What we will never do

• We will not raise your price mid-term on an active annual subscription.
• We will not auto-charge a card for a higher tier without explicit consent from you.
• We will not take a percentage of your ESA disbursements. ESA funds flow through your state’s payment platform. We never touch them.
