  • We are launching with Arizona, Florida, Utah, Louisiana, and Ohio, plus a baseline configuration for any state running through ClassWallet. Each new state ships with its vendor registration steps, quarterly report shape, and attendance rule pre-loaded. Tell us your state and we can confirm where it sits in the queue.

  • No. We work alongside them. Your ESA funds disburse through your state's platform. CohortLedger generates the quarterly invoices, tracks received, pending, partial, and out-of-pocket, and keeps dated records. We make sure the money you are owed comes in on time and documented. We do not move the money ourselves.

  • We act as a service provider on behalf of the school. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, US-hosted. We follow COPPA-aware practices, do not display advertising to children, do not sell data, and do not use student records for AI model training. Full details in the Privacy Policy and the DPA.
